We view the natural beauty that surrounds Twenty3Twenty as a precious gift. The thought and concern that we put into our planning is our way of giving back.
We set out to create Valdosta’s greenest building – and we’ve succeeded. Beneath the rooftop garden that both insulates and adds to the natural beauty of the neighborhood, there are eleven stories that take every available opportunity to save energy, conserve water, reduce waste and control greenhouse gas emissions. For those who believe that a building should work in harmony with its surroundings, we’ve just raised the bar a little higher.
